helpful staff breakfast room noisy lift shower attachment
the staff was helpful. the breakfast room is like a small architectural treasure (i was charmed by it).
the lift was noisy, not ideal. the shower had a shower attachment linked to taps in the bath. it wasn't a proper power shower.

quick assistance peaceful location short walk
The staff assisted quickly with an air conditioning issue we encountered. The location was peaceful near the American consulate. It was only a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio! i found the accommodation beautiful.
the sound proofing was almost nonexistent. Noisy guests impacted my stay. I had to complain at reception, which i disliked.

Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful room. The room overlooked a green riverbank. Products were great, service was excellent and i admire the Fresco room.

my stay included a room upgrade resulting in a bathroom with more space the hotel features stylish furniture throughout my room included complimentary still and sparkling water and also juice and cola breakfast was on the second floor it had an old-fashioned design

the room had blackout curtains it also had comfortable beds the rooms are soundproofed ensuring a quiet environment renovated rooms were recently completed specifically room 21 received this upgrade.

the breakfast room boasts windows that offer views of the river the room features original frescoes on the walls and ceiling this provides a unique atmosphere for enjoying breakfast each morning.

the front desk staff proved cute and helpful throughout my stay they offered assistance with various needs furthermore the staff provided excellent service showing warmth to the guests during their time at the hotel

charming stay by the river
friendly staff rooftop terrace complimentary drinks
the staff offered coffee upon arrival. they also pointed out the rooftop terrace, with a nice view. the receptionist greeted us with a smile, a very warm welcome. i appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the room, including water and juice.
the lift made a bit of noise, but it wasn't too bad.

the location sits right by the river, which offers a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. it is also a short walk to the duomo and the city center. the area is rather quiet.

the building had a lovely historic charm. there was a rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view over the river arno. high ceilings and nice decorations gave the rooms a beautiful touch. everything was cleaned daily.
